We are currently hiring compassionate one-on-one In-Home Caregivers to serve clients in Sheboygan and surrounding communities. We have a variety of flexible part-time morning, evening and weekend shifts available.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to their care plan.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, hobbies, and recreational activities.
  • Assist with walking, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Observe and report changes in clients' physical condition, mental status, and behavior.
  • Document services provided and communicate updates with the care team.
  • Promote client safety, comfort, and independence.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
  • Must reside in Sheboygan County.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, patient, and compassionate.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required—we provide training.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $16.25–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
