Job description

The Archway is Tarrant County's only state-designated family violence program - this means we have the honor of working alongside domestic violence victims to keep them safe and simultaneously do our part in holding offenders accountable. The Archway is seeking a Part-Time PAIP Facilitator.
The facilitator co-facilitates in-person reformative groups for domestic violence offenders in the agency's Partner Abuse Intervention & Prevention (PAIP) program. The facilitator co-facilitates a minimum of two 2-hour PAIP group sessions weekly using the Domestic Abuse Intervention Program's (DAIP) model of partner abuse intervention. Additionally, this position supports other PAIP program offerings. This position requires the accurate documentation of group notes and client data entering within 24 hours of group in our Arlington and Fort Worth offices. Facilitators are required to complete State-mandated initial training in 25 hours of battering intervention, and 15 hours of family violence.The facilitator must be able to work flexible hours including nighttime and Saturdays.

The specific qualifications for this role are:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.

Knowledge of clinical intervention, social work theory and ethics.

Experience in and knowledge of family violence theory preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn additional software.

Bilingual preferred
