Job description

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) organization, to recruit a Part-Time Oral Surgeon for its affiliated professional care team in Pittsburgh, PA.

The organization specializes in restorative and exodontia dental procedures for pediatric and special needs patients performed under general anesthesia.

This opportunity offers a collaborative ASC-based practice environment focused on safe, high-quality, and accessible patient care.

Schedule: Part-Time (1-2 Days per week) | No Call, Weekends or Holidays

What You’ll Do

  • Provide care in a fast-paced ASC environment
  • Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, high-quality care for each patient
  • Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
  • Collaborate with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Oral Surgeon with appropriate state licensure
  • Experience working with pediatric patients
  • Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification (within 6 months of hire)
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Board certification strongly preferred
  • Comfort practicing across various anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
