Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, cleaning and repair ASIC miners
  • Monitor error reporting, airflow condition and rebooting, using various software's
  • Manage warranty repair ticket submissions and turn-around
  • Install and update monitoring software and hardware as needed
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating miners
  • Monitor electricity usages and performance of transformers, in coordination with licensed electricians
  • Monitor Internet performance and coordinating with Internet providers
  • Monitor mining pool data and payouts
  • Optimize the performance of ASIC miners
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Manage inventory of ASIC miners
  • Daily and weekly reports on performances of the miners fleet
  • Planning for future rollout and reporting on performance levels of different models of ASIC miners
