Description
The Honor Bar Attendant ensures that the mini bars are fully stocked and cleaned. Assist with room service deliveries and special events as needed. Ability to push heavy cart over long distances and carry heavy boxes up and down stairs to guest rooms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Inventory contents of mini bar on a daily basis in all guest rooms.
  • Replace consumed products in mini bar.
  • Document usage and charges for consumed items each day.
  • Transport products throughout property using golf cart.
  • Maintain stock in storeroom at established levels.
  • Run daily ledgers report, inventory honor bar supplies and stock early departures immediately.
  • Report any broken mini bars to Engineering for repairs immediately.
  • Deep clean mini bars as needed.
  • Rotate honor bar products in guest rooms according to PBC standard to maintain freshness.
  • Locate and deliver specific guest request items whenever possible.
  • Maintain cart and storeroom in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Complete posting of all honor bar guest charges.
  • Run all honor bar closing reports.
  • Knows models and integrates Pebble Beach Company culture (mission, values, and standards).
  • Comply with the Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Absolutely Required Skills:
  • Basic math and good organizational skills.
  • Clear and polite manner of communicating.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills:
  • Some experience in hospitality industry helpful.
