This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We're looking for a Caregiver that is compassionate and has previous experience in the Darlington Area!
Schedule:
  • Up to 27 hours a week.
  • MIDDAY SHIFTS flexible between 10 a.m.- 5 p.m., 2- 3 hours a day

Duties:
  • Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.
  • Housekeeping, Laundry and basic home cares
  • Medication administration
  • Personal cares: bathing, toileting: ostomy changing, and catheter emptying, bowel program, dressing and grooming
  • Hoyer assisted Transfers
  • Repositioning often due to bed sores
  • Organizational skills to assist in removing clutter
  • Running errands
  • Reliable transportation and driver's license and insurance required
  • Background check must be passed prior to hire.
