Part-Time Office Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator
Location: McKinney, TX (Hybrid/Remote with occasional local meetings)
Schedule: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week to start)

What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll help keep our office running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
  • Answer incoming phone calls, text messages and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Schedule estimates, service appointments and follow-up visits.
  • Coordinate technician schedules and adjust appointments as priorities change.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates and project status.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.
  • Prepare estimates, invoices and other customer documents.
  • Track job progress and help ensure projects stay organized.
  • Order office and project materials as needed.
  • Assist with social media posts, online reviews and community outreach.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including local events and neighborhood outreach.
  • Maintain organized digital files and office records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the owner.
