Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: King of Prussia, PA
Schedule: Part-time to start with the opportunity to build toward full-time hours. Flexible scheduling, telehealth, and evening hours available.
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: Generous reimbursement rates; credentialing and billing are handled by our operations team.

At PRO Companies, we're growing our outpatient program and looking for compassionate clinicians to join us!

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want to begin with a smaller caseload and gradually build toward consistent part-time or full-time hours as program needs expand. As our program continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to grow with it and contribute your experience and ideas along the way.

Candidates with specialty certifications or experience in areas such as art therapy, music therapy, EMDR, or other specialized therapeutic approaches are a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy in an outpatient setting, supporting clients from intake through discharge
  • Provide caregiver support and coaching, as appropriate
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in a multi-disciplinary approach to individualized treatment plan development
  • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care to individuals with diverse backgrounds, needs, and behavioral health conditions
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, community partners, and other professionals involved in each client's care
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and adhere to program and insurance regulatory requirements
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development

What We're Looking For (Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Pennsylvania
  • At least 1 year of mental health experience
  • Experience working with neurodivergent individuals preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Experience with an HER/EMR documentation systems
  • Current required clearances
