Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Clinical Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Wylie, Texas. The Clinical Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while promoting emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term recovery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, etc.)
  • Facilitate individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling sessions
  • Document all clinical services accurately and in compliance with state and organizational standards
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and Texas licensing board regulations
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision (if applicable)
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary


Qualifications

  • Active Texas license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent clinical license required
  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (interns with supervision may be considered)
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Outpatient behavioral health setting in Wylie, Texas
  • Hybrid or telehealth options may be available depending on licensing and organizational needs
  • Flexible scheduling with daytime and/or evening availability (Part Time hours) Minium of 1-2 days out of the week.
