Job description

Under the supervision of the management staff and responsible for providing direct therapeutic services to residents of the program. These services include but are not limited to: crisis intervention, medication management, training in activities of daily living. Responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residence. All responsibilities under hospital and residential policy and procedures.
Additional Requirements
Experience in mental health, substance abuse and/or residential setting.
Require skills but not limited to:
  • Basic Writing Skills
  • Verbal Communication
  • Written Communication
  • People Skills
  • Resolving Conflict

Physical Requirements:
  • Walking up and down stairs while carrying items;
  • snow removal;
  • restocking supplies;
  • sweeping and mopping;
  • cooking and cleaning duties.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred
Valid driver's license in good standing
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
