Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM


Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. No certification is required, but a passion for patient care and a willingness to learn is essential. As our practice still utilizes paper charts, you will play a key role in keeping patient records organized and accurate. This is a non-smoking facility, and we maintain a professional, health-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care (taking vitals, prepping for exams, etc.)
  • Maintain and organize paper medical charts
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Take and relay phone messages
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and faxing
  • Uphold a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
