Job Summary:

At Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, located in the vibrant community of Lake Worth Beach, Florida, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA Restorative Aide to join our interdisciplinary team. As a CNA Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' recovery and rehabilitation goals.   • Provide resident-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort to our short-term and long-term residents

  • Assist with restorative therapy programs, including exercise, ambulation, and mobility exercises, under the guidance of licensed therapists

  • Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and participate in care conferences

  • Perform various activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
