Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, mechanically inclinedPart-Time Equipment Technicianto support our restaurant locations in the Nashville area. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing light preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen and HVAC-related equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in appliance repair, restaurant equipment service, HVAC, or general mechanical maintenance who wants flexible part-time work.


Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repairMerrychef ovens
  • Repair and maintain commercialtoasters and small kitchen appliances
  • Perform light preventative maintenance on:
  • Air conditioning units
  • Walk-in coolers
  • Refrigeration equipment
  • Replace minor parts (switches, fans, heating elements, belts, etc.)
  • Identify issues before major breakdowns occur
  • Coordinate with management when outside vendors are required
