Preload Night SupervisorLocation: Shawsheen St, Tewksbury, MASchedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30am-8:30am Employment Type: Full-time HourlyPay: $27-$30.00 per hourWalden Local is the leading brand of sustainable, locally-raised meat on the East Coast. At Walden we believe in simplicity, doing the right thing for our members, and that the little things matter.What You'll Do: Lead and develop a team-based packing and loading lineManage full and part time team member schedules based on daily workload levels and full time team member vacation daysEnsure all deliveries are packed accurately with correct frozen, chilled and non-frozen items and proper amount of dry iceEnsure all delivery vans are properly loaded accurately and ready to hit on time for their schedule departuresProblem solve with other department members and research using customer and inventory systemsAssist departing drivers with questions or details about route/deliveries.Coordinate and report to Operations Manager on team development and process changesLoad and unload freight trucks with products from our partnersMonitor product inventory levels and rotation and communicate needsComplete general warehouse maintenance tasks such as compacting cardboard, preparing dry iceWhat You'll Bring: Hands on, let's get it done, roll up your sleeves attitudePassion for our mission and sustainable food/agriculture History of excellent work attendance Ability to lift and move 50 pounds Comfort with working in varying weather conditions Willingness to jump in to do whatever needs to get doneBonus points if you have....
