Job description

We are looking for a young inspired/physically capable associate to help us achieve maximum customer satisfaction from start to finish.
This is a Part time Position consisting of weekday afternoons and weekends
Your main job tasks will include but are not limited by:
  1. Unload all semis.
  2. Understanding how purchase orders work and follow direction
  3. Label and put product away.
  4. Assemble displays.
  5. Cleaning and warehouse maintenance.
  6. Take used/damaged mattress and furniture to the dump.
    1. Box truck operation/pick up truck operation
    2. Clean driving record
  7. Greet customers as they arrive/ learn a basic walk back.
  8. Write receipts.
  9. Have an active count of inventory for sales personnel on a daily/weekly basis.
  10. Look for more effective ways to improve how product is stored and moved around the back areas.
  11. Learn furniture repairs/warranty work.
  12. Complete deliveries and ensure delivery log is correct. If money is collected during delivery, make sure it is documented and put in the cash bag.
  13. Inspect all pieces before having customer sign off on deliveries/pick ups to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  14. Assist with sales as needed to achieve customer satisfaction.
  15. Learn basic sales and customer service skills
  16. Assist with other locations as needed with transportation of product.
