About the Role:

UpReach Learning is hiring a part-time K–12 Interventionist to support Mathematics instruction in public schools for the 2026–2027 school year. You will work directly with students to strengthen foundational math skills, close learning gaps, and build confidence in math achievement through targeted academic support.


Important Assignment Notice (Need-Based Position):

This is a school-based, need-dependent assignment role. Placement, schedule, and assignment duration are determined by individual school site needs, student enrollment, and program requirements.

Employment is not guaranteed for the full school year or a full semester and may vary based on operational needs. Assignments may end at any time due to changes in staffing needs, enrollment, funding, or program requirements, or may continue for part of a semester, a full semester, or the full school year.

This position is at-will employment. Nothing in this posting constitutes a guarantee of continued assignment or employment for any specific duration.

Eligibility for unemployment benefits, if applicable, is determined by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) in accordance with applicable law and individual circumstances.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong understanding of K–12 math concepts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Prior tutoring/teaching experience preferred (not required)
