Job description

Panda Maid Cleaning Service is growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our cleaning team in the Toledo area.

This position begins part-time, with the opportunity to increase hours as you complete training, demonstrate reliability, and become available for additional jobs.

You’ll clean residential homes, apartments, move-outs, apartment turns and select commercial properties throughout the Toledo area.

Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not required. We provide paid training and a clear path to increased pay and leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors
  • Clean appliances, cabinets and detailed areas when included in the service
  • Follow Panda Maid cleaning systems and checklists
  • Take required before-and-after photos
  • Work independently and with other team members
  • Travel between cleaning jobs throughout the Toledo area
  • Provide professional and respectful service inside customers’ homes and properties

Pay & Growth

  • Paid training starting at $15/hour
  • Pay increases as you become trained and able to complete jobs independently
  • Trained cleaners can earn $17–$19/hour
