Job Title: Equipment Delivery & Warehouse Associate (Smart Coolers)

Company: Ai Vend Solutions, LLC
Location: 1529 S Clearview Ave, Mesa, AZ (On-site & Field Travel)
Job Type: Part-Time
Level: Entry to Mid-Level
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate
About the Role

Ai Vend Solutions is a local distributor of modern, commercial vending coolers. We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Equipment Delivery & Warehouse Associate to help us prep, transport, and physically place our machines into client locations.
This is a hands-on, general labor and logistics position. Your primary responsibilities will involve physical warehouse work, driving, using pallet jacks to position machines while they are on pallets, and plugging the units in so they are ready for use. No coding, IT, or advanced technical experience is required.
What You’ll Do

  • Warehouse Prep: Safely uncrate new vending coolers that are ready for delivery at our Mesa warehouse and use a pallet jack to move them to the staging area.
  • Basic Assembly: Adjust shelving and install snack and beverage pushers for our smart cooler configurations.
  • Staging & Updates: Plug the units into standard warehouse wall outlets so the automated software updates can download over the network (fully automated process).
  • Loading & Transport: Safely load, secure, and strap the machines onto a truck or trailer for transit.
  • Delivery & Placement: Drive to customer locations throughout the Phoenix metro area and statewide Arizona to offload and roll the machines into their final positions.
  • Service Fulfillment: Execute both Basic Delivery (ground-floor, door-to-door drop-off) and White-Glove service (unboxing, precision placement, and basic app walkthroughs for the client).
  • Simple Connectivity: Plug the machines into standard outlets at the client site and connect our pre-configured Wi-Fi routers for immediate "plug-and-play" connectivity or install a Data Sim Card when required.
Who You Are

  • Physically Capable: You are comfortable performing the physical tasks required to uncrate, push, pull, and maneuver commercial vending equipment.
  • Logistics-Minded: You have experience safely loading, strapping, and securing heavy items in box trucks or on trailers.
  • Reliable & Professional: You have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and take pride in representing the company professionally when dropping off equipment at customer locations (offices, gyms, hotels, etc.).
  • Handy: You know your way around basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) to install basic shelving and unbolt shipping crates.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in moving, furniture delivery, appliance installation, or warehouse material handling is highly preferred.
  • Experience operating a pallet jack and standard moving dollies.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
  • Experience towing a trailer is a major plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for greeting clients during deliveries.
Perks & Benefits

  • Flexible Hours: Machine prep & some deliveries can be done at flexible hours. Some deliveries must be done during normal business hours (9-to-5).
  • Active Work Environment: Spend your day moving and out in the field, not stuck behind a desk.
  • Growing Company: Be part of a high-growth local business impacting Arizona’s retail economy.
