Position Overview:

We are hiring Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This opportunity is ideal for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) seeking work-life balance while continuing to grow their nursing career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in daily resident care activities.

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Administer medications, treatments, wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes, reporting updates to physicians and families.

  • Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.

Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

Part-Time Shift Details:
