LMSWs hold a master's degree in social work and are licensed to provide social services, counseling, and support to individuals, families, or groups. In part-time roles, LMSWs may work in settings such as hospitals, schools, or private practices, helping clients with mental health, social, or emotional issues. They may also assist with case management, advocacy, and connecting clients to community resources, all while maintaining flexible work hours.
