By using our simple drawing method and format, KidzArt allows the student to produce original works of art, complimented with artistic projects and exposure to many artist grade mediums, while enhancing creative self-expression in all areas.
Job Description
KidzArt is now looking for part-time instructors in Palm Bach County.
KidzArt Instructors led elementary school students through KidzArt lessons using the methods and principles designed and taught by KidzArt.
No previous art experience necessary, but candidate must be confidence with his/her drawing skills and comfortable making mistakes! We provide the training and supplies. You provide your experience with children and personality.
Typical Schedule:
Candidate MUST be willing to work 2 hours a day, in the middle of the day (1:30-3:30 pm) 3-5 times a week, minimum.
This position is great for retired teachers and college students who have experience working with children!

Qualifications
  • Some college
  • Experience working with groups of children, teaching experience a plus
  • Art appreciation and/or related skills
  • Comfortable drawing in front of students
  • Strong communication skills
  • Patience and ability to work with children and seniors
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
  • No allergies to standard KidzArt art materials and supplies
  • must have dependable transportation
  • Must live in Palm Beach County

  • Attend bi-monthly meetings to review class work and new methods
