About the Role
The part-time HR Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the People team by coordinating key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role helps deliver a seamless employee experience by ensuring HR operations are accurate, organized, and responsive while serving as a trusted resource for employees and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration. Coordinate and process payroll across all applicable payroll providers by maintaining accurate employee data, processing employment changes, validating payroll information, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Onboarding. Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire documentation, system access, equipment requests, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Offboarding. Manage offboarding activities by preparing documentation, coordinating system access removal, facilitating equipment returns, and ensuring a smooth and compliant departure process.
  • Recruiting Coordination. Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process by scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings, communicating with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Employee Support. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and general People Operations, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
  • HR Administration. Maintain accurate employee records, support HR reporting, ensure data integrity within HR systems, and assist with ongoing process improvements and compliance activities.
  • Project & Administrative Support. Provide administrative support across the People Operations function and assist with special projects and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Administration.
  • Experience supporting payroll, onboarding, recruiting, or employee administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.

Salary
