Overview

Eagle Gymnastics Academy is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly dependable part-time Office Administrator to join our Welcome Team. This position plays a key role in supporting families, assisting our staff, and ensuring our front office runs smoothly. We are looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about creating a positive experience for our families and athletes.

The schedule for this position would be the following:

  • Weekday evenings from 4:30pm-8pm
  • Saturdays from 9am-1pm
  • Future availability on Sunday's a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to families in person, by phone, and through email
  • Process enrollments, trials, transfers, drops, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records in iClassPro and assist with parent portal navigation
  • Support daily office tasks including check-in, class management, attendance tracking, and communication
  • Assist with scheduling, events, parties, and program coordination
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment
  • Support staff, coaches, and leadership with administrative needs
  • Help resolve parent questions, concerns, and account issues with professionalism and clarity
  • Contribute to a positive, hospitality-driven culture in alignment with Eagle’s core values

Qualifications
