DSP ll (Direct Support Professional)

Job Duties Summary:

Provide in-home care, fellowship, homemaker services, and one-on-one assistance and support to individuals living in the community who, due to intellectual disABILITIES, cannot care for his/her own personal needs or function independently in the community. Responsible for assisting individuals with activities of daily living, accessing, and participating in community activities, ensuring health and safety of individual, and encouraging maximum independence and self-dignity for the individual. Valid driver’s license required. Smart device and data plan required.
