Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

Start time:
4:00 AM (8–9 hour shifts)

Route:
Local deliveries throughout the Fargo area

What You'll Do: Our drivers deliver flowers and plants safely, on time, and with strong customer driven service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Follow written standard work and meet cycle times for each task
  • Deliver product on time and in the same condition it left LBR
  • Follow delivery instructions and place product where requested
  • Return any product that is refused or needs to come back
  • Maintain an accurate driver manifest and correct errors after they impact customers
  • Operate E-logs to meet DOT requirements
  • Use routing software on a handheld device
  • Complete DOT daily vehicle inspections on a handheld device
  • Recommend process improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain awareness of safety hazards
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
