This is a part time position working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), 11am-7:30pm.

How You'll Contribute

At Artis Senior Living, we’re honored to serve families in our vibrant and welcoming communities, and we’re looking for a Concierge ready to work with heart.

We proudly title our Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator as a Concierge, reflecting the collaborative role they play in our community and the important work they do to support our residents and families.

The Concierge will manage the reception area and provide administrative support for the Business Office, Marketing, and the Executive Director. The Concierge will answer telephones promptly and professionally, direct calls to the appropriate team, greet incoming guests, accept deliveries, and provide administrative support for business services as needed. The Concierge will exemplify The Artis Way by modeling professional presentation and communication, and provide unparalleled hospitality to residents, guests, and team members.

The Concierge will:

  • Respond to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns and share important information with the Director, Business Services and Executive Director or another supervisor as appropriate.
  • Greeting and directing all visitors in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Answer all incoming calls within three rings and triage inquiries, transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain all business office areas for cleanliness, including community entrance, front lobby, conference rooms, beverage stations, and administrative restroom.
  • Organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person.
  • Assist in telephone inquiries in the absence of an immediately available Marketing person in obtaining information from inquiry including at minimum call back information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including but not limited to: process move-in paperwork, assist with prospective resident tours if needed, order marketing collateral, etc.
  • Maintain the community resource information library, directory, and collateral, to route residents and/or their families to available services both in-house and in the general vicinity.
  • Observe community policies and procedures regarding resident and team member safety, attendance, timeliness, house rules, teamwork, and resident service.
  • Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire, and safety regulations at all times, to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and team members.
  • Perform all other duties as requested.
