Law Library Circulation Desk Assistant

Salary/Position Classification
  • $12.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 10 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Staff the Circulation desk 
  • Assist patrons 
  • Answer telephones 
  • Check materials in and out 
  • Assist students with printing and troubleshooting 
  • Close library on evenings 
  • Other projects and duties as assigned 
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the semester of employment
  • Accepted Federal Work Study award
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
