Weekend Leasing Agent: The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes
Salary: Starting at $ 17.00 per hour
Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00PM and Sunday 10:00AM-2:00 pm
Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Leasing Agent for our property, The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes located in Roseville, The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes is a 150-apartments and 104 townhome property.
Living on-site is not a requirement for this position but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
โ€ข Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law and marketing product knowledge.
โ€ข Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and respect.
โ€ข Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
โ€ข Follow-up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence.
โ€ข Process the rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.
