We are looking for a high-energy Community Intern to join the inaugural team at Verve Fayetteville. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to launch a brand-new development serving the University of Arkansas. As part of our "Lease-Up" team, you’ll be responsible for building the hype, creating the culture, and filling our doors for the very first time. YOUR MISSION: THE LEASE-UP 

In a new development, every lead is a chance to define who we are. You’ll be the first point of contact for future residents, helping them envision their life at Verve before the first brick is even laid.

  • Foundation Builder: You aren't just following a culture; you’re creating it. You’ll help plan the very first resident events and "VIP" experiences for our founding leasers.

  • The Sales Specialist: Navigate the "Cardinal Way of Leasing" to hit aggressive weekly goals. You’ll handle high-volume inquiries and guide future residents through the brand-new application and screening process.

  • Expert Guide: Be the expert on Fayetteville’s newest amenities. From the rooftop views to the tech-heavy study spaces, you’ll know every square inch of the blueprints
