Position Summary

Part Time Schedule: (Monday, Saturday, Sunday)

Location: Dawsonville, GA

The Leasing Ambassador - Build-to-Rent (BTR) is responsible for delivering an exceptional prospective resident experience while supporting the daily leasing operations of assigned Build-to-Rent communities. This role serves as the face of the community by welcoming prospects, conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and supporting leasing activities that drive occupancy and resident satisfaction goals. The position supports operational readiness by ensuring homes and community spaces are prepared for leasing activities and aligned with company presentation standards. The role requires strong customer service skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

1. Functional Responsibilities

  • Welcome prospective residents and provide professional community and home tours
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding community features, pricing, availability, leasing terms, and application processes
  • Ensure model homes, amenity areas, and community spaces are prepared and maintained for daily leasing activities
  • Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, including follow-up communication and application support
  • Maintain strong knowledge of community offerings, leasing procedures, and company policies

2. Operational / Departmental Support

  • Utilize property management and CRM systems to track prospect activity, leasing traffic, and resident communications
  • Assist with maintaining accurate prospect, applicant, and leasing records
  • Support leasing and marketing initiatives designed to drive occupancy and resident engagement
  • Coordinate with onsite operations and maintenance teams to ensure homes are ready for tours and move-ins
  • Support community events, outreach efforts, and resident engagement activities as needed
  • Maintain organized leasing materials, reports, and operational documentation

3. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable real estate laws
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and applicant information
  • Follow company leasing policies, operational procedures, and documentation standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of leasing-related documentation and communications
  • Escalate resident or prospect concerns to leadership as appropriate

4. Financial / Performance Accountability

  • Support occupancy and leasing goals through effective prospect engagement and follow-up
  • Contribute to lease conversion efforts and community stabilization initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining accurate leasing records and operational reporting
  • Support customer satisfaction and reputation management efforts through professional service delivery
  • Contribute to achievement of monthly leasing targets and performance metrics

5. Leadership / Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Community Managers, onsite teams, and centralized departments to support leasing success
  • Promote a positive, customer-focused environment aligned with company values and service standards
  • Communicate effectively with prospects, residents, vendors, and internal team members
  • Support team initiatives and operational goals across the assigned community
  • Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all interactions and responsibilities

6. Additional Responsibilities

  • Serve as an onsite leasing representative for assigned Build-to-Rent communities
  • Assist with special projects, leasing events, and operational initiatives as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, leasing, sales, property management, or customer service required
  • Experience in Build-to-Rent or multifamily leasing environments preferred

  • Prior experience supporting lease-up or new community operations
