The Assistant Leasing Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager to execute the leasing processes for the company's properties. This individual is responsible for maintaining comprehensive lease documentation, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and facilitating the lease renewal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver swift and professional responses to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring optimal customer service.
  • Engage in the comprehensive screening of potential tenants, entailing the execution of background checks and facilitation of lease signings.
  • Organize and maintain accurate lease records and documents, ensuring a high standard of administrative efficiency.
  • Oversee with the adherence to lease agreements vigilantly, while managing lease renewal procedures to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Offer support in lease negotiation and termination activities, demonstrating a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
