Responsibilities
  • Prioritize safety on every job site, following all company protocols and guidelines.
  • Install and maintain landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
  • Perform essential gardening tasks such as seeding, pruning, and basic plant health care.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain effective communication.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and well-managed throughout each project.
  • Complete daily assignments with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
Qualifications
  • Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow industry-standard procedures.
  • 1+ years of relevant or transferable experience preferred, but not required—training provided for motivated candidates.
  • Additional skills such as landscape design, blueprint reading, masonry, heavy equipment operation, trailering, or holding a CDL/Pesticide Applicator’s license are a plus.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation

$20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly paychecks and overtime opportunities available.
