Job description

SUMMARY
Provides assistance and support to the title clerk by performing essential duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Picks up and drops off work at the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Takes deposits to banks and runs company errands as directed by office personnel.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Drive to dealerships to deliver and pick up documents for support center.
Picks up/delivers mail to post office
Lifts approximately 15 pounds
Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Entry level position
• Good driving record
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with co-workers, customers, DT Driver Coordinator and personnel from other Modern Dealerships.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to analyze, gather and summarize work hour information into a concise format for payroll processing at your dealership

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
