Job Title: Brow Artist (Non-Exempt, Part-Time)
Location: Buford, GA • The Brow Lab
Job Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt (20–30 hours/week)
Compensation:
- Base pay: DOE (based on level of brow experience)
- Brow service commission: 15% of service revenue
- Tips: 100% of client tips go to you
- Retail commission: 20% on all retail item sales
- Flexible schedule within business hours
Hours:
- Availability required Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Flexible hours and days within the shop’s schedule to reach 20–30 hours/week
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Brow Artist to join our growing team at The Brow Lab. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for symmetry, shape, and detail, and provides high-quality brow shaping, tinting, waxing, threading, and lash/brow maintenance services. You’ll work in a welcoming salon environment that focuses on client satisfaction and ongoing brow education.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional brow shaping, waxing, tinting, threading, and related services
- Assess clients’ brow needs and recommend the best design and maintenance plan
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace and tools
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and salon policies
- Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Process transactions, upsell appropriate retail products, and meet sales goals
- Keep precise client records, including service notes and products used
- Stay current on brow trends and techniques; participate in ongoing training as offered
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brow Artist or related beauty treatment role
- Strong knowledge of brow shaping, shaping techniques, tinting, lamination, and finishing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Detail-oriented with steady hands and a professional demeanor
- State or local licensing as required for esthetic services
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
