  • Review newly created or modified test panels to verify accuracy, consistency, and approved test availability.
  • Monitor state-specific testing requirements, with a primary focus on New York regulations, ensuring client-specific configurations comply with applicable restrictions.

  • Maintain audit logs, documentation, and standard operating procedures related to test menu governance, configuration management, and operational changes.
  • Validate system updates following approved test menu changes and assist with testing new panel configurations prior to client implementation.
  • Serve as the primary Operations resource for questions related to test availability, panel composition, and configuration standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Laboratory, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Quality teams to support client onboarding, configuration requests, and operational initiatives.
  • Perform routine audits of client accounts, including scheduled reviews of New York provider configurations and other state-specific testing requirements.
  • Monitor configuration requests and operational work queues, escalating issues and recommending process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support client operations by assisting with supply orders, account maintenance, provider portal support, CRM updates, and order entry as needed.
  • Prepare reports, audit summaries, and operational documentation while supporting special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cross-train within Client Success and Operations functions to provide departmental support during periods of increased workload or team absences
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Biology, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, clinical laboratory operations, diagnostics, laboratory information systems, or healthcare operations.
