Demonstrating a strong level of communication and interpersonal skills, a server will be processing orders and serving food & beverage items to customers, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends, and holidays as needed.Our team has made a conscious effort to ensure strong protocols are in place to keep you and our patrons safe, so you can focus on the customer experience, camaraderie, and fun.For more information on our open opportunities, apply today!ResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional appearance at all timesProvide prompt and efficient customer serviceDisplay knowledge of the F&B menu Takes guests food and/or drink orders and turns into kitchen, bar, etc.Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely mannerAdhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guestsChecks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requestedSuggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessaryHandles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating proceduresKeeps tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organizedListen and respond to customer complaintsPerforms clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by managerPerform all other duties assigned by supervisor or managerEducation and Experience Requirements1-2 years of food service experienceMinimum education: High School (or equivalent) DiplomaA thorough understanding of casual diningMust be of legal age to serve liquor according to state lawPossesses excellent customer service skillsMust be dependableMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work in a team environmentWorking ConditionsPhysical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scoopingThe employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and handsThe employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 50 lbs.Use of sight, reading, wrist movement to serve meals and beverages, operate food service equipment and clean food service areasSpecific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perceptionNoise level is moderate to loudWork extended hours during special events and holiday season.Work weekends and holidays
