Job Overview:
Catch Air is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As the Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll ensure food quality, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen. You’ll help create a positive, energetic environment for both guests and staff while ensuring we deliver excellent food and service!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations.
Oversee food prep and ensure all meals meet safety, quality, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and operational.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage.
Train and develop kitchen staff, providing ongoing guidance and support.
Ensure timely food service and resolve any issues to maintain a positive guest experience.
Assist in managing food cost and waste to maintain budgetary goals.
Work closely with management to develop and implement menu updates or promotions.
Promote a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and enthusiasm

Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven experience in a kitchen or food service environment (2+ years preferred).
