ASR International Corp, http://www.asrintl.com, is looking to bring aboard a Jr. Administrative Assistant/Contract Administrator to support ASR's Director of Administration. ASR is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support daily operations and office activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in office administration. The role is onsite at ASR's corporate headquarters in Hauppauge, NY and could be either part-time or full-time depending on candidate schedule/availability. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries.
  • Support the creation and formatting of reports and spreadsheets.
  • Help organize and maintain digital and physical records.
  • Assist team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  • Provide general office support as needed.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business/office administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
