As of Aug 14, 2026, the average hourly pay for part time jobs that cover ivf in the United States is $16.26, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $15.38 and $16.59 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What are part time jobs that cover IVF?

Part time jobs that cover IVF are roles with employers who extend fertility benefits, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) coverage, to part-time employees. These benefits can vary widely, but some large companies—particularly in retail, tech, and healthcare—offer health plans or fertility assistance to workers who meet minimum hourly or tenure requirements, even if they are not full-time. Examples include Starbucks, Target, and Amazon, all of which have been recognized for inclusive benefits. It's important to check specific eligibility criteria and coverage details with each employer before applying.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in part-time jobs that can help cover IVF expenses, and why are they important?

To excel in part-time jobs suitable for covering IVF costs, candidates typically need reliability, time management, and basic educational qualifications relevant to the specific role (such as retail, administrative, or gig work). Familiarity with common workplace tools like point-of-sale systems, office software, or delivery apps is often required. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude can make someone stand out in these positions. These skills ensure consistent performance, maximize earning potential, and provide the flexibility necessary to balance work with IVF treatments.

What should I consider when seeking part-time jobs that offer fertility benefits, such as IVF coverage?

When looking for part-time roles with fertility benefits like IVF coverage, it's important to carefully review company benefit policies, as not all employers extend these benefits to part-time staff. Larger organizations, especially in industries like tech, healthcare, and education, are more likely to offer comprehensive health plans that include fertility support. Be sure to clarify eligibility requirements and waiting periods for benefits during the interview process or with HR. Networking with current employees and researching company reviews can also provide insights into their benefits for part-time workers.
