Description
Enter and process assigned student demographic, financial, and performance data related to student admissions and/or the awarding of student aid. Provide data entry and data processing assistance to the Financial Aid Office staff. Assist with Financial Aid Office workshops, graduation, and/or other projects in support of the Student Services Division. Daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel required.
Salary: $18.00 per hour.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Start Date: September 14, 2026.
Closing Date: August 30, 2026, or open until filled.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or AHS/GED, required. Demonstrated proficiency with keyboarding and Microsoft applications, required. The ability to multi-task and process data with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, required. Work experience or diploma/degree in a business/information technology field, preferred. Data entry experience, preferred.
