We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Resume Sourcing Specialist to help identify top talent for our IT job openings, including roles for Application Developers, System Engineers, and Quality Assurance professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing resumes from various platforms and job boards, reviewing candidate profiles, and ensuring alignment with job requirements. This is a part-time, flexible role with the option to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source resumes and candidate profiles from job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice) and other online platforms.
