NOW HIRING: PART-TIME REAL ESTATE SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT ASSISTANT

I am looking for a creative and dependable college student to help produce social media content for a new-construction community in Gainesville, Georgia.

This is a paid, part-time opportunity for someone interested in social media, marketing, real estate, photography, video production, or digital communications.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and editing Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and TikTok content

Filming homes, community amenities, events, and educational videos

Creating graphics and flyers in Canva

Writing engaging captions

Scheduling approved social media posts

Helping maintain a content calendar

Assisting with landing pages and lead-generation campaigns

The ideal candidate:

Is comfortable using Canva and short-form video editing apps

Understands Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Has strong writing and communication skills

Is organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines

Has reliable transportation to Gainesville
