Position: Janitor
Location: Northern Command - Phoenix Police Department - 302 E. Union Hills Dr., Phoenix, AZ
Type: Part Time - 7:00am - 2:00pm - Monday - Friday

At OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.), we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of Phoenix Police Department facilities. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive community, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
• Clean and sanitize locker room, exercise room, holding cells, patio area, and parking lot.
• Clean and sanitize break room, briefing room, kitchens, and water fountains.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and entrance mats.
• Dust fixtures, clean glass.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• As directed by OMEX Management
Qualifications:
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
