You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in an engineering discipline such as systems or mechanical engineering
  • Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
  • Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, to guide development and implementation
  • Experience in the development and analysis of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Ability to run failure investigation teams to identify technical issues and propose resolutions
  • Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results
  • Ability to support the program manager with cost and schedule estimates
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of precision guided artillery systems, including warheads, fuzing, airframe, and guidance technologies
  • Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle
  • Knowledge of high-G design of electronics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
