The Part-Time Service Advisor is responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and Service Technicians by gathering and interpreting information on vehicle condition. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:   
  • Identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers.
  • Greeting customers in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Delivering personalized service that exemplifies our dealerships.
  • Working with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
  • Preparing repair orders, updating databases with relevant details of orders, and closing orders by providing appropriate repairs and services
  • Providing service recommendations and estimated costs to customers
  • Performing road tests of customer vehicles to assess customer concerns
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers’ standards.
  • Striving to meet the department’s repair order production standards
  • Perform other Service related duties as required by management
  • Must be available Thursdays 11am - 8pm and Saturdays 8am - 3pm
What you need to succeed:  
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
  • May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive service industry
  • CDK or Xtime experience is an asset.
  • Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities
  • Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to our loyal customers. 
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
