Overview

Chenega Enterprise Systems and Solutions, LLC., a Chenega Professional Services' company, is seeking a LETC Instructor - Radio Communications to support training for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Intelligence Enterprise Training Academy (IETA).

The LETC T3 Course prepares current LETC operators to assist in delivering training within the Law Enforcement Technical Collection (LETC) program. This includes instruction on radio communication exploitation concepts, tools, and operational practices that directly support law enforcement missions. Upon completion, students will be able to participate in future LETC sessions as guest instructors.

Responsibilities
  • Present formal classroom training lectures on LETC radio communications and exploitation concepts
  • Relate instructional content directly to CBP operational use cases
  • Execute practical exercises and technical training scenarios
  • Mentor students and support development of future guest instructors
  • Evaluate student performance and provide actionable feedback
  • Manage classroom and training environment effectiveness
  • Develop, evaluate, and provide oversight of instructor cadre
  • Assist with pre- and post-course support functions
  • Support continuous improvement of LETC training curriculum
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • Senior-level experience in federal law enforcement or intelligence operations
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in radio communications, radio operations, and exploitation techniques
  • Extensive experience directly supporting technical collection or communications-based intelligence operations
  • Proven experience delivering operational or technical training in a classroom or field environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within geographically dispersed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience delivering 4+ sessions of LETC or similar training programs
  • CBP, DHS, or federal law enforcement training experience
  • Background in HUMINT, technical collection, or intelligence exploitation disciplines
  • Experience mentoring or developing instructor cadre

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of intelligence processes and technical collection methodologies
  • Strong understanding of radio communications systems, line-of-sight principles, and exploitation techniques
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into operationally relevant instruction
  • Strong classroom leadership and instructional delivery skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate students and teams
