How to get into RBT with no experience?

To become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with no experience, you need to complete 40 hours of training from an approved provider, pass the RBT exam, and undergo a background check. Gaining experience through volunteering or entry-level behavioral support roles can also help build relevant skills before certification.
