Essential Job Duties
This position supports the development and maintenance of accurate network infrastructure records that are critical to NC State's campus-wide telecommunications systems.
Working within the Network Infrastructure Records team, the role ensures that engineers and stakeholders have reliable, up-to-date data for planning, design, and operations. The position contributes directly to the integrity of infrastructure documentation, enabling efficient project execution and long-term system sustainability.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience/Education
Associate's Degree in the assigned discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Some positions may require certification. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with AutoCAD software
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Previous experience using ArcGIS or other GIS software.

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • NC Drivers License or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
