Position Overview:

If you love working outdoors with a view, sharing the boating lifestyle with others, and getting paid to do what you love, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for friendly and upbeat individuals to work on the docks. We have regular full-time and part-time positions available, which requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Positions Available:

-Dock Hands

-Boatcierge (Dock Concierge)

-Dockside Fleet Maintenance Dock Hands (Fleetio)

-Instructors (Training Captains)

Essential Functions:

Required Qualifications:

  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record (depending on role)
  • High school diploma
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity
  • Positive, cooperative attitude with the capability of working unsupervised
  • Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets
  • Adhere to all safety policies
  • Additional required qualifications depending on role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in or around boats

Working Conditions:

  • Work outside in the state's elements and stand for an extended period of time
  • Work in a marina setting on docks that may be fixed or floating
