Hybrid position - Hobart, WA

Part time - 30-35 hours per week

Summary of Responsibilitiesย 

You'll be the right hand to our president in guiding clients from initial inquiry through design and into construction โ€“ while also supporting material selection, estimating, and project coordination.ย 


Essential Functionsย 

  • Conduct initial client consultations and guide leads through the pre-construction pipelineย 
  • Schedule site visits, design meetings, and follow-up calls with clients and design partnersย 
  • Assist clients with material and finish selections โ€“ enter choices into JobTread and obtain approvalsย 
  • Review drawings and specifications for constructability โ€“ flag issues before they become problemsย 
  • Support estimating โ€“ acquire bids from trade partners and coordinate trade walksย 
  • Coordinate project handoff to production โ€“ ensure complete documentationย 
  • Maintain Job Tread with current project status, selections, and approvalsย 
  • Attend weekly team meetings and industry events โ€“ bring new ideas to the tableย 


Education, Experience, and Skills Requiredย 

  • 2-4 years in residential design, design-build, or pre-construction coordinationย 
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction management, or a related field preferredย 
  • Tech Savvy โ€“ PM software, CAD software, Blue Beam, MS Suite.ย 
  • Warm, empathetic, and client-focusedย 
  • Highly organized and self-starterย 
  • Adaptable and continuous learnerย 

Compensationย ย 

  • Pay: $65,000-$75,000
  • 30-35 hours per week, flexible schedule
  • Medical: 80% coverage (dental, vision included)ย 
  • 401K: 4% company matchย 
  • PTO: 2 weeks first year, increases with tenureย
